Mayan Connection began five years ago as a small micro-finance project. Since then, it has grown into a fair trade business dedicated to supporting indigenous Mayan women and families around Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
The mission of Mayan Connection is to empower small-scale producers and to educate consumers in the Fair Trade market. By recognizing that all of our actions have a long lasting impact, we strive to live and do business in ways that benefit all who are involved.
